LOUISE ALLEN DANCY COGBILL ~ d. April 21, 1969
Rites Wednesday for Mrs. Cogbill
Services were held Wednesday morning at LaGrange United
Methodist Church for Mrs. Allen D. Cogbill, 77 who died Monday in Morris Clinic in
Somerville. Burial was in LaGrange Cemetery, with Shackelford Funeral Home of Bolivar in
charge. She was the wife of Charles Lipscomb Cogbill
who preceded in death on October 11, 1964.
Mrs. Cogbill had been ill for a long time and had been a patient in Morris Clinic at intervals during that period. She was a Methodist and a leader in activities of the LaGrange church.
She leaves two sons, Dr. Charles L. Cogbill of Dayton,
Ohio, and Allen H. Cogbill of LaGrange; a brother, Eugene Dancy of Pueblo, Colo. And a
sister, Mrs. Mildred Duck of Green Cove Springs, Florida
